Great for Trimming & Polishing Aligners, Retainers, Valplast, Acrylic & Hard Plastic based materials. Ceramic Cutter will not become tacky during trimming.
Different toothing on cutter for different materials:
ACR Toothing: Perfect for Valplast and other hard acrylic
ECR Toothing: Two grits. Medium cut on bottom and fine cut on top: two burs in one
GSQ medium cut, SPF Fine cut, QSF X-tra fine cut: for Aligners and all Acrylics
GAQ Coarse Straight Cross Cut: Entire bur is made by zirconia, for small areas, trims acrylic and zirconia (un-sintered) out of the puck
German made abrasive buffs for Denture Acrylics. Extremely soft, very efficient, also applicable for Valplast, Aligners, and any plastic based materials.
